30Sum is a personal finance blog and forum that allows users the ability to discuss personal finance with each other on the forums while seeking information on better financial habits through our blog posts.

I created 30Sum because I love to discuss finances and to be quite honest, my wife was tired of hearing about it. So, I created the 30Sum platform so I could continue to discuss my ideas and financial goals and meet and discuss ideas with like minded people. If you were wondering, my wife is now happier that the website has taken on a lot of my internal dialogue.

Blog topics discussed revolve around seeking financial independence, budgeting, investing, real estate and rental properties, tips to make side money, reducing costs and living more frugal, and helping people get their finances under control on their terms.
